Also comes with the Axiom SP Visco cushion.

Chair is in like new condition. Used for only a few months as my father had a stroke. He passed soon after and it’s been covered in storage. My father was 5’5” so the chair fits a smaller man or woman. Weight capacity is 250 lbs.
